Pacific eDocument Solutions was founded in 2004. We are an LLC located in Novato, California. Our founder was managing several projects within different organizations and pulled them all under one roof. The professional staff has years of experience in the document imaging and scanning business. They were hired from other organizations that had imaging applications in house. The Management team has worked on imaging projects in diverse types of industries ranging from medical records, financial institutions, wineries, and county court systems. Our staff members are also AIIM members as well as students of the CDIA+ (link) certified imaging experts principals.

Because we hold this in high regard, we constantly train and educate our staff to ensure development and ownership. Our staff is provided fair compensation, incentives and is fully benefited. All of our staff undergoes criminal background checks to ensure only the highest level of integrity for you, our client. Our procedures and security standards are in compliance with ISO 17799:2005. Our system has undergone security testing and we have an active business continuity plan. Ask your vendors what their practices are.

Our business is a certified Green Business though Marin county as part of the Bay Area Green Business Coalition. We are currently in the certification process for our Sonoma County location.
